Plain terms.

These terms are between you and ThinkerWave AITech Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India at INNOV8, Bestech Business Park, 8th Floor, Gurgaon, Haryana, India ("ThinkerWave", "we", "us"). By using thinkerwave.ai or ThinkerWave Engine (our product), you agree to them. If you are using ThinkerWave on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the product.

Anyone can download the desktop app and create an account. Your account is personal to you and is not transferable. While ThinkerWave Engine is in early access, features, plans, and free credit may change, and we may suspend or withdraw access that breaches these terms.

ThinkerWave Engine produces analysis: an answer, the criteria it judged against, and the trail of how it reached it. It is decision support. It is not financial, legal, medical, engineering, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional or for your own validation.

The engine is built to be honest about uncertainty, including refusing questions it judges malformed, but no system, human or machine, is guaranteed to be correct. Decisions you take on the basis of a run, and the verification of its output, remain your responsibility. Do not treat any single output as settled truth on a question that matters.

Use ThinkerWave lawfully. Do not use it to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law permits, or in violation of the terms of the AI model providers whose APIs you configure.

You keep all rights to the problems, data, and documents you point the product at, and to the outputs of your runs. Because the product runs locally and we do not receive them (see the Privacy page), we make no claim over them. ThinkerWave and its underlying engine, software, and branding remain our intellectual property.

Runs call third-party AI model APIs using credentials you hold. Your use of those APIs, including pricing, rate limits, and acceptable-use terms, is governed by your own agreement with that provider. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the provider’s service.

During the invitation phase, ThinkerWave and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkerWave and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of the product’s output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
